Promotion Terms & Conditions

FACEBOOK™ & INSTAGRAM™ COMPETITIONS GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
 

1. Entry instructions and information on the prizes offered form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents who are actually residing in New Zealand.  Employees (and their immediate families) of the promotor or it's affiliates, companies and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible.  Only one valid entry per customer per day will be accepted and only one prize may be won by each individual for the duration of each promotion..  
3. The Promotor accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.  Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will not be valid.
4. The Promotor is not responsible for any prize that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before it reaches a winner and after it has been released from the Promotor's custody and control.
5. The Promotor is not responsible if a prize does not reach a winner due to the winner's omission, including providing incomplete or incorrect contact details.
6. The Promotor is not responsible for entries that do not reach the Promotor during a promotion period due to computer virus, technical difficulties or failure, lost data, interrupted communications or any other computer errors of any kind, whether human, electronic or mechanical.
7. To the extent permitted by law, the Promotor, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damage, injuries, costs and expenses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with a promotion and/or its prizes.
8. If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parents or care-giver.
9. If you are under the age of 18, you must ensure your parent or legal guardian endorses these Terms and Conditions before you enter a competition.
10. All use of personal information submitted by you for the purposes of a promotion shall be governed by the Promotors Privacy Policy.  The Promotor's Privacy Policy is located on this website at www.roadrunnerltd.co.nz/aboutus/privacypolicy
11. Subject to each winner's specific consent (and the consent of the winner's parents or guardians if a winner is under the age of 18) the Promotor may use the winners' name for promotional a d media purposes without compensation and copyright for any such promotional material will be the property of the Promoter.

13. Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with, or the responsibility of, Facebook™ or Instagram™ and you release Facebook™ and Instagram™ from all liability in connection with the promotion and your participation in it.  You understand that you are providing your information to the Promotor.  The information you provide will be held and used only for the purpose of this promotion except as provided in paragraph 10 herein.

ROADRUNNER WEBSITE LAUNCH $50 VISA PREZZY CARD PROMOTION - FACEBOOK™ AND INSTAGRAM™ - 20 - 24 FEBRUARY 2023

1. This promotion will run from 8.00am Monday the 20th of February and ends at 11.59pm 24th February 2023 (NZST).
2. Prize details:  The prize consists of 1 x $50 VISA Prezzy Card drawn each day for the duration of the promotion. (5 x VISA Prezzy Cards in total).
3. Entry mechanic: email - info@roadrunnerltd.co.nz or direct message to Roadrunner Manufacturing Ltd Facebook™ and Instagram™ accounts.
4. The daily winner will be drawn at random from the pool of entrants that correctly identifies the location of the daily $50 VISA Prezzy Card Icon via screen shot or description location sent to the Promotor by email to - info@roadrunnerltd.co.nz or direct message to Roadrunner Manufacturing Ltd Facebook™ and Instagram™ accounts.
5. The winner will be announced each day of the promotion at approximately 4.00pm NZST. The Promotor's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the prize or draw.  Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
6. The promotion is only open to New Zealand residents residing in New Zealand.
7. The daily winner will be announced in a post made on the Roadrunner Manufacturing NZ Ltd Facebook™ and Instagram™ account pages and the winner will be asked to privately message Roadrunner Ltd via Facebook™, Instagram™ or email with his/her/their postal address and phone number.  Prize will be delivered within 14 days.

9. 10. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with any social media platform including, Facebook™ or Instagram™.  You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform.  You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
